This is game by Louis Uedemann (1854-1912), twice American Champion. The opponent with white piece was Janice but I can't find anything on him. This game was collected from mr. Reichhelm's manuscript, according to the column it has about sixty in collection. Unfortunately while trying reconstructing the game I found error at move B to QR4 and Kt to QR4 for black, as the QR4 square already occupied. Or maybe I miss something there... The game was known and this is similar game  to Steinitz vs Rock 1863, so since 1891 the game was known played by Morphy.

Anecdotes:
The following good story is told of the great Steinitz, in the days when he played for a shilling a game at Simpson's Divan. A provincial player engaged with him en even play, and Steinitz won several games in rapid succession. Said the amateur, "I fear I do not afford you much amusement, but really, I am only a beginner.: Mr. Steinitz said no apology was required, and went on pocketing the shillings. Presently the amateur was satisfied, and said, "What is the fault of my play?" "Well, " ,said Steinitz, "you half played me thirteen games and you have never moved your Knigth at all." "ah," said the Provincial, "you forget that I told you I am a beginner; I do not understand the Knights' move yet".

Anecdote:
Fred Intropidi, the distinguished musician, and a member of the Manhattan Chess Club, among pleasing "Recollections of Distinguished Chess-players" in the St. John Globe, relates the following exquisite little anecdote about the late captain Mackenzie's simultaneous play: "If the Captain castles, I am gone. I will give him a delicate hint." The gentleman then placed a good cigar on the board, between the rook and the king. The captain accepted the hint, but in a different manner. He studied the position carefully, then took the cigar from the board, lit it - said "thank you," and - Castled - my friend was defeated.

OBJECTS OF THE ASSOCIATION.

The establishment of a challenge cup, to be held by the champion club or individual player in South Wales.
The engagement of great chess masters to give exhibition blindfold or simultaneous games.
To draw up Iregulations for the conduct of matches.
To promote annual tournaments, to be held in tke various centres of the district.
To settle matters of dispute which may arise between clubs.
To arrange correspondence matches between teams selected from this against teams from other Associations, and generally to advance and promote the interests and regulation the practice of chess in the district.

The challenge cup, above referred to, has been won twice by the Swansea County Chess Club (In 1888-89 and 1889-90), and is now held by the Cardiff Chess Club. The cup must be won four times in succession to become the property of the winners.

Games:
For our first game we give an old but a noted )ne. For years it was considered to be the most orilliant game on record. Anderssen, by his victory in the great tournament of 1851, was the recognised champion of the world, and Kieseritzky was one of the leading Continental players. We jive it without notes.

Other interesting notes is a report on Blackburne first blindfold exhibition at the London Chess Club 1891. He won five , lost one and drew two.

The Australian also has its Romantic era chess master. We found the name Siebenhaar, which strongly referred to Willem Siebenhaar who was chess activist reside in Western Australia in the 19th century. He played a club member identified as Purnell. The game was in Muzio gambit, although black was up the materials he done a grave mistake and lost. The moves given in the chess column was blurry (8..B-KB3 is hard to decipher), some moves are not understand by me but nevertheless I have constructed the game and looks ok.

The Daily News from Perth frequently reported chess in its sport section.
